Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct clinical assessments and provide evidence-based short-term psychotherapy and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of our diverse adolescent client base.

• Engage in proactive outreach activities that promote mental health awareness and accessibility within school environments.
\n
• Provide expert consultation to educators and staff regarding mental health and counseling needs, helping to create a supportive educational framework.
\n
• Deliver crisis intervention and assessment services, including evaluating situations involving suicidal ideation and coordinating necessary hospitalizations when required.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate appropriate therapeutic interventions, ensure effective progress tracking, and facilitate referrals for long-term care as necessary.

• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards of practice, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

• Work simultaneously with clients in-person as indicated, while utilizing telehealth tools and platforms for remote sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults, including students from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in providing support for issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex mental health needs, ensuring that each client receives personalized and culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required; alternative candidates with a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) designation may be considered.

• A minimum of 3 years of post-master’s clinical experience in case management, particularly in educational settings.
\n

• Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations of adolescents or college students in providing mental health treatment.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care methodologies, cultural humility practices, and community-based resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes:
