Develop Semi Material customer/user resources, manage and coordinate direct & distributors business activities, Ensure sales projection and profit targets achievement.
To accomplish annual/quarter sales, margin(within cost control) and collection targets, try the best to excess.
Visit the customers in responsible area and build close business relationship with them. Record customer information in company database timely and accurately.
Understand customer need and trend, provide prompt and high quality support and help.
Implement company and department's policies seriously, include the policy regarding sales price and discount.
Actively push sales plan of the department and closely follow the promotion of new products, new application and new customers.
Strong team building spirit.
Achieve annual sales target of the department.
Achieve the collection target required by company.
Achieve the development target of new customers.
Education & Professional Background
University, major in Microelectronics, Chemistry, mechanical engineering or relatives priority.
Relevant Experience
Above 3 years of Semi manufacture experience or sales experience of semiconductor related.
Language Skills
Good English communication skills.
Other Requirements
FAB/EM related working experience or sales experience is preferred.
